Basic Life Support Skills – Free CPR Training Program On the occasion of World Heart Day, Janatha Hrudayalaya Foundation, in association with STAR Hospitals, Cardiological Society of India and Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Organization, is organizing a free Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR Training Program on 29 September 2026. The program aims to create awareness about the importance of timely emergency response and equip participants with essential CPR and Basic Life Support skills that can be used during cardiac emergencies. The training program will be conducted for 5,000+ participants at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Moinabad, Hyderabad, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Dr. M. Hanumantha Reddy, Senior Cardiologist, and Dr. Methini Reddy, Senior Dermatologist, Founders of Janatha Hrudayalaya Foundation, will be associated with the initiative. The program is intended to encourage wider community awareness of CPR and help more people gain the confidence and practical knowledge required to respond appropriately during a cardiac emergency. The event poster lists Shri Damodar Raja Narasimha, Telangana's Minister for Health, Medical & Family Welfare, Science & Technology, as the Chief Guest. His current designation is also listed by the Government of Telangana.
